Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 1, 2026
Who we are
ATMETI LLC is a California limited liability company based in California, USA. This policy explains how we handle personal information associated with atmeti.com, email inquiries, and introductory meeting bookings. Contact us at [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Information we receive and why
- Inquiries: When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if provided, your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond and discuss the support you request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential client records in an initial inquiry.
- Bookings: Our booking links take you to Cal.com. If you book a meeting, we receive the booking details made available to us, such as your name, email address, selected meeting time, and answers you provide. We use those details to schedule and manage the meeting, respond to your inquiry, and send follow-up information that you ask for. We do not use your booking email address to create advertising audiences or automatically enroll you in a marketing mailing list. ATMETI determines the purposes of collecting attendee information for its meetings; Cal.com processes booking information on our behalf. Cal.com also describes its own service-related processing in its privacy notice.
- Meeting and business systems: Depending on the meeting or service, information may be handled through connected calendars, video services, reminder systems, recording or transcription tools, CRM systems, AI or note-taking tools, contractors, affiliates, related business services, and other business systems that ATMETI uses for operations. We will explain the intended use and ask for your consent before recording, transcription, or AI-assisted note-taking begins. Visiting this website or booking a meeting does not provide that consent.
- Technical information: Hosting and security services may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser or device information, timestamps, and security events to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.
How we share information
Cloudflare hosts this website. Email sent to [email protected] and booking notifications from Cal.com are routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Gmail mailbox.
We share information only as needed to run ATMETI's business and provide the services you ask for: with affiliates that help us operate, with contractors and professional advisers, and with providers that support hosting, security, email routing, booking, calendars, video meetings, reminders, analytics, CRM, note-taking, recording, transcription, communications, and other business systems. We expect these recipients to use the information only for those purposes. These categories describe recipients when engaged for the relevant purpose; they do not mean that every category receives every visitor's information. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of our services.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement does not prevent operational sharing with affiliates, contractors, or service providers as described above.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers, affiliates, contractors, or business systems operate.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for basic traffic and website performance measurement. A browser script sends measurements to Cloudflare. Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or browser storage to track visitors and does not fingerprint visitors for analytics. As with any web request, Cloudflare's servers still receive technical details such as your IP address when the measurement is sent.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, arranging and managing meetings, maintaining business records, protecting our services, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the nature of the interaction, and applicable legal or business requirements.
We may store or receive copies through the inbox, booking service, connected calendars, notification messages, exports, meeting services, and other business systems. We handle deletion requests across records we control, subject to lawful exceptions and provider or backup limitations. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You can browse without emailing us or booking a meeting. To ask about information you have provided, or request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. We may need information sufficient to verify your identity and locate relevant records. We will handle requests as required by applicable law, including lawful exceptions.
ATMETI primarily serves U.S. business audiences, but this website may be accessible from other locations. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations by providers, affiliates, and business systems described in this policy. Depending on where you live and how applicable law applies, you may have additional privacy rights or choices, including browser-based signals such as Global Privacy Control. ATMETI will honor applicable rights and signals to the extent required by law.
Cookies, browser signals, and external sites
See our Cookie Policy for browser-storage information. Our website does not respond differently to browser Do Not Track signals.
Cal.com is linked externally, not embedded in our pages. The booking page may have its own technologies and privacy practices. ATMETI determines the purposes of collecting attendee information for its meetings; Cal.com processes booking information on our behalf. Cal.com also describes its own service-related processing in its privacy notice.
Audience and updates
The website is designed for general business audiences. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. We will post changes to this policy here and update its effective date. For material changes, we will provide a prominent website notice and any additional notice or choice required by applicable law.
